SCHOOL FACILITIES

Laboratories :

The school has independent laboratories for Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science, Informatics Practices, Mathematics, Home Science, Junior Science, Social Science and Psychology to provide hands-on experience with the concepts. The laboratories are well equipped with audio-visual teaching aids and apparatus to conduct experiments.

Music & Dance :

Students learn Indian instrumental and vocal music as well as dance under the guidance of experienced and talented musicians and dance teachers. Music and dance provide emotional balance which is essential for the holistic development of each child. .

Smart Classrooms :

Each classroom is equipped with a wall-mounted 42″ plasma display screen which can be connected to the teacher’s laptop for audio- visual lessons. The senior classrooms also have the facility of Interactive Panels enabling the teachers to use pre-installed tools that recognise handwriting to create smart illustrations.

Library :

The school library has 24,000 books including encyclopedias, story books, reference books, and journals, with internet-enabled computers to access information online. While reference material supports classroom teaching, the large and up-to-date fiction collection invites children of all ages to discover the limitless world of the imagination. It is a central point for engagement with all kinds of reading, access to information, knowledge building and lively discussions.

Sports :

With the conviction that a healthy mind thrives in a healthy body, we aim at the participation of each child in at least one game or sport. Under the professional guidance of coaches, students get the opportunity to be trained in sports such as badminton, basketball, cricket, football, volleyball, throw ball, tennis, taekwondo etc. Students also play indoor games such as chess and table tennis.

Guidance & Counseling  :

Counselors and special educators help children with behavioral issues and assess learning difficulties thus forming a link between the teacher and the parent. Parents can schedule an appointment to meet the School Counselor or Special Educator between 2.30 p.m. and 3.30 p.m. from Monday to Friday.
